Arrival/Departure Times

Access to a property is normally at 3.00 pm on the day of the commencement of your holiday and ends at 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Tariffs

Rent is  p/w (calculated in £’s sterling) inclusive of VAT.
All electricity and heating is inclusive of the price.
Our normal changeover day is Saturday in high season. At other times depending on availability you can book on any day of the week.
For weekly holidays or SHORT BREAKS beginning on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday the rent for the following Saturday applies.
For weekly holidays or SHORT BREAKS beginning Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the rent for the previous Saturday applies.

Short Break Tariff

Short Breaks can be for 2, 3, or 4 nights and can start on any day of the week.

2 night break - 60% of the weekly rent for the relevant Saturday date.
3 night break - 70% of the weekly rent for the relevant Saturday date.
4 night break - 75% of the weekly rent for the relevant Saturday date.
 

Parking

There is plenty of parking available at Pinetop cottage . The drive will easily accommodate 2 vehicles, boat, Jet ski's etc.

Linen

Linen comprises of sheets or duvets covers, bottom sheets and pillow cases. The beds are already made up for your arrival. Towels are not automatically provided unless specifically requested. We do request that towels are not removed from the property and ask that that you bring your own beach towels. Tea towels are provided.

Pets

Pets are allowed in the property. 1 dog allowed by arrangement. However, we cannot accept responsibility for their safety and they are accepted only on the understanding that they are kept under control and at no time should they be left alone unsupervised on the premises. We request that they be kept off furniture and not allowed in bedrooms. A charge will be made of £15 per per week. We ask about the breed at the time of booking. Most types are fine but we have to retain the right to refuse if it is the size of a donkey! We are occasionally asked if visitors can bring their rabbit. This is no problem. We even have a run and hut ready for use.

Good Housekeeping Deposit

£50 is payable at the time of booking as a separate cheque. This will be refunded within 1 week of departure. It will only be kept if there is damage or items are missing from the property. Obviously we do not retain it to cover everyday breakages such as glasses and crockery.
